Massimo Pavin, an Italian entrepreneur and CEO of the Sirmax Group, has been named Cavaliere del Lavoro—a prestigious Italian honor recognizing merit in industry—by President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.
The appointment was formalized through a presidential decree, issued on the proposal of Adolfo Urso, minister of enterprises and made in Italy, in agreement with Agriculture Minister Francesco Lollobrigida.
“I’m grateful to President Mattarella and to everyone who supported my nomination,” said Pavin. “This honor crowns thirty years of work and commitment—not just to building a company, but also to generating value for our region and for people.”
He added: “I sincerely thank the entire Sirmax team—without them, reaching the goals and achievements that made us grow would not have been possible. I also owe a special thanks to my family: my father, my mother and my brothers, who have always supported me through both challenges and successes.”
