German chemical group Evonik yesterday announced a new restructuring plan aimed at reducing costs through 2029, including the elimination of 3,200 jobs between 2027 and the end of 2029, 2,150 of them in Germany.
The plan will be implemented in a socially responsible manner and agreed with employee representatives.
