Andrea Benedetti (pictured) has been appointed to head REPI LLC, the US-based company set up by the Swiss pigments and additives manufacturer to manage its production and commercial activities in North and South America.

The appointment follows REPI LLC’s recent strategic expansion in the United States, the company said in a statement, including the start-up of a new manufacturing area at its Dallas, North Carolina, site (read article).

Benedetti has more than 15 years of experience in the polyurethane and chemical industries in the United States. Over the course of his career, he has held senior roles in both Europe and the United States, building strong expertise in finance, operations and strategic leadership.

Founded in Italy in 1973 and part of the Swiss Ferline group since 2018, REPI is headquartered in Lugano, with sites in the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Thailand and Singapore. Its portfolio includes liquid additives and colors for polyurethanes and thermoplastics.
