The Haitian Jupiter 8800, with a clamping force of 8,800 tons, is the largest injection molding press manufactured by the Chinese company Haitian to date.

This massive machine, built in China, was transported to the Belli France plant in Nurieux via a combination of sea and land routes, with the assembly completed in five weeks.

Standing 25.8 meters long, 8.9 meters wide, and 6 meters high, the two-platen press features an injection capacity of 134,000 cubic centimeters. The machine is accompanied by a robot of similar size. The Haitian Hilectro VD-150ID robot carries a load of 150 kilograms, has a horizontal stroke of 12 meters, a demolding stroke of 4.4 meters, and a vertical stroke of 5.2 meters.

Logistics played a crucial role in this project, requiring 17 trucks to transport the disassembled press and its peripheral equipment—collectively weighing 800 tons—from the port to the factory located in the heart of France's “plastics valley.” This is the first time such large equipment has been shipped from China to a European country.

Once on-site, a technical team comprising members from Haitian's facilities in Germany, Serbia, China, and France worked continuously to assemble and commission the press. The machine is now ready for the production of large containers and garden items, a testament to the successful collaboration and engineering prowess behind this operation.
