Starting today and running until May 20, European plastics converters are invited to vote online for their preferred suppliers in the 2024 Polymer Producers Awards.
The competition is organized by the Polymers for Europe Alliance, founded in 2015 by EuPC (the European Plastics Converters association), which this year celebrates its 10th anniversary.
The theme of the 2024 edition, "Commitment to the European Market," highlights the importance of investments and growth within Europe—a particularly relevant topic amid recent plant shutdowns and production halts.
The awards ceremony will take place during the gala dinner at the EuPC Annual Meeting in Brussels, Belgium, on June 12-13, 2025.
"The Best Polymer Producers Awards were created in 2015 to re-establish a constructive dialogue and good communication between suppliers and users of polymers in Europe," said Ron Marsh (pictured), Chair of the Polymers for Europe Alliance. "We encourage plastics converters in Europe to participate and rate all their suppliers."
Polymer producers will be assessed by their customers based on delivery reliability, polymer quality, communication, commitment to the European market, innovation, circularity. The awards feature 12 distinct polymer categories: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PVC, PS & EPS, PC, ABS, EVA, EVOH, and Specialty Polymers.
Voting is anonymous, but access to the platform requires registration on the official website.
