The Austrian masterbatch producer Gabriel-Chemie is continuing its international expansion with the opening of a new sales and logistics subsidiary in Nairobi, Kenya, aimed at reducing delivery times, strengthening customer proximity and enabling more direct access to regional markets.

The new facility, which is scheduled to become operational from spring 2026, will serve the Sub-Saharan region, one of Africa’s most dynamic markets, with annual growth rates of 5–7% in plastics and packaging.

The Nairobi location will function as a strategic hub for sales, technical consulting and supply-chain activities.
