Hillenbrand While progressing with its acquisition of the specialty chemicals and high-performance polymers business units from Italy's RadiciGroup (see article), U.S. private equity firm Lone Star has announced another major move in the plastics market — this time concerning Hillenbrand, a U.S.-based industrial group with a strong portfolio in processing and recycling technologies.
