Tasnee (National Industrialization Company) is changing its top management. The Board of Directors has appointed Fahad Al-Mishal (pictured) as the company’s new CEO, effective 1 October 2026.
Al-Mishal will succeed Fawaz Al-Fawaz, who will step down on 30 September while remaining a member of Tasnee’s Board of Directors for the current term.
The new CEO has more than 30 years of experience in the global petrochemical industry. His previous roles include Executive Vice President of Finance, Administration and Marketing at Advanced Petrochemical Company.
Al-Mishal already serves on Tasnee’s Board of Directors and on the Board of Canadian Medical Center Company. He is also Chairman of the Boards of Tasnee and Sahara Olefins Company, Saudi Polyolefins Company, Saudi Ethylene and Polyethylene Company and Saudi Acrylic Acid Company.
Tasnee (National Industrialization Company) is a Saudi company listed on the Riyadh stock exchange and one of the country’s leading industrial groups in petrochemicals, chemicals, plastics and advanced metals. The group produces olefins, polyolefins and chemicals, is also active in titanium metallurgy and holds a significant stake in Tronox, an international producer of titanium dioxide.
