Promaplast has officially opened exhibitor registration for Plast 2026 in Milan, Italy.

Companies that register early can benefit from a discount on participation fees.

• 20% discount on applications submitted on or before June 15, 2025.
• 10% discount on applications submitted after June 15, 2025, and by July 31, 2025.
• Additional 10% discount on the extra area reserved at Plast 2026 compared to Plast 2023
• Additional 10% discount on one or more booths beyond the first, applied to the smallest booth

For exhibitors registered by July 31, 2025, and displaying operating machinery, the cost for the connection of additional sockets is included in the participation fee.

After July 31, 2025, applications will only be possible at full price and subject to remaining availability, which may not necessarily be in the relevant product sector pavilion.

Costs. Standard rates per square meter (excluding discounts) start at €280 plus VAT for stands ranging from 16 to 100 m², drop to €260/m² for spaces up to 300 m², and fall further to €240/m² for stands over 300 m².

Held every three years, Plast is one of the international trade fairs for the plastics and rubber industries. Plast 2026 will take place June 9–12, 2026, at Fiera Milano in Rho.
The 2023 edition drew 38,000 visitors over four days, with 25% coming from abroad, and hosted 1,323 exhibitors—47% of which were international—across 50,000 m² of net exhibition space spread across six halls.

Before Plast, Milan will host GreenPlast 2025, the benchmark trade fair and conference for the sustainable plastics industry, from May 27 to 30, 2025 (read article). As part of the event, the international conference Shaping a Sustainable Future for Plastics will take place, organized with the support of consultancy firm AMI (Applied Market Information).
