Italy-based SAIP expands with U.S. acquisition

The polyurethane equipment manufacturer acquires a majority stake in Linden Polyurethane.

Linder machine Two years after opening a North American subsidiary, Italian company SAIP has strengthened its presence in the region by acquiring a majority stake in Linden Polyurethane, based near Akron, Ohio. Linden’s CEO, Jon Cocco, will continue to lead the company alongside his existing team.

SAIP, part of the Pozzi Industries Group and headquartered north of Milan, manufactures structural insulated panel equipment, including both continuous and discontinuous panel lines.
