Constantia Flexibles, the Austrian flexible packaging manufacturer, has named its new CEO: David Spratt (pictured), who will take office on Jan. 1, 2025, succeeding Uwe Röhrhoff, who has served as interim CEO since September. After the handover, Röhrhoff will resume his role as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Spratt joins Constantia Flexibles from Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe, where he has served as CEO since January 2021. With a career spanning more than 20 years, Spratt previously held several senior leadership roles at the packaging giant Amcor.

Based in Vienna and owned by private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners, Constantia Flexibles is the world’s third-largest and Europe’s second-largest producer of flexible packaging made from plastic, aluminum and paper. The company operates 36 plants across 16 countries and employs more than 9,580 people.
